If you put in more details with your ad, it might help. Do you have trails?
Daily turnout?
Daily/weekly stall cleaning?
What is included with the board and how much is it a month?
What do you charge extra for?
If you don't have trainers, etc... you'll still be able to attract "weekend owners", that don't show, they just want to own a horse to trail ride, etc.
Find out what local stables are charging for what features.
If the barn down the road is charging $300/month for daily stall cleaning, turnout, feed/hay and has an indoor arena, and you are charging the same amount for weekly stall cleaning, no arena, and feed is extra, then you are not able to compete.
Also talk to horse owners in the area... find out what they are looking for.
