I'm finding a total lack of response to my ads placed in the local paper (Austin, Texas) re: pasture/boarding, whereas in the past I would just mention this facility and would get takers in a second! Does anyone know what people are looking for these days that may be different in a boarding/pasture facility? Does it have to be grand, with indoor arenas and on-site trainers? I am befuddled!
