I am from Washington state. Have a couple of QH's and am in to cutting and reining and working cow horse.
My Col. Freckles mare was trained as a reiner and that is what got me hooked!
I currently also have a 2 year old filly out of my mare by a son of Dry Doc out of a half sister to Taris Catalyst. My filly was doing 9-10 foot sliding stops in the pasture at just a few weeks old...and she'll still sit down and stop and rollback when "cutting" the dog! Quite a sight!
