whenever you are tacking her up or grooming her make sure her head is tied close enough so that she can't reach around to bite you. if you have to tack her up in her stall see if you could get cross-ties put in, or have them somewhere outside so you can secure her. if she tries to bite you while you're tightening the girth..well, that is a pain but I know a lot of horses who can get pretty nasty. The most advice I can give you is to speak very sharply (like Hey! ) and maybe a little slap on her chest. Never! hit her on the head, this will make her head shy,and you'll have another problem to deal with As for biting in her stall, when she does, speak to her sharply. Don't feed her treats in her stall, or she might start to think you always have something for her. If things start to get out of control, ask someone for help. You don't want to get trapped in her stall or have something bad happen. good luck!
