I have a Thoroughbred who is six years old. I am having issues with his feet. He is very tender when the farrier is out. I have worked with four different farriers, the vet with xrays and have him on HB 15 as a supplement. He is a little flat footed and the xrays show he is a little low on the angels however he should be just fine. The farrier is working with the vet to try and help this problem. He has shoes and pads on the front only and is just fine. The minute we take off the shoes ( as we are in MN) in the fall he is lame all over again. Anyone out there have any ideas, and have the same situation that they have fixed or helped? Thanks for any response.
