Since I moved to Nevada from NY 2 years ago, I haven't gotten much saddle time. I taught lessons myself and have trained, I don't feel necessarily that I will need lessons myself, but it seems to be the only way to go to get time in the saddle. The lessons here are so expensive for english riding though, since most people here ride western. I would only be able to afford maybe one lesson each month. I know there are a lot of people that don't have enough time to exercise their horses and I would like to help them out, it was help us both. The horse would get ridden, and I would get to ride :) I've tried advertising myself as a free lance instructor and trainer/exerciser, but I haven't gotten any bites. The only place I can think to advertise is at a feed/tack store, but all the ones in town are western shops that sometimes have a small english section. Any suggestions???
