I have an 11 year old NSH. She started a normal cycle around the 10th of November; however, she is still showing signs of estrus, winking, squirting, etc. She also is not urinating. She will hold it for over a day, so when she does urinate; it is like she opened the flood gates. Her stall is deeply bedded as she cannot stand to have the urine splash against her. My normal vet. is out for atleast a week as he and his wife are expecting their first child. Any advice at this time is greatly appreciated.
