Hypopigmented spots appearing on face

I have a Bay Dutch mare, that I have owned for approx. 1 year. She is 6 years old and recently started getting hypopigmented spots on her muzzle, and around her eyes. They are small pink spots. Any advice/treatment for this. Thanks,
