My mare tied-up sat nite. The vet came and said I need to keep her stalled for a month. That just does not make any sense to me because won''t that make her stiff and everything. Should she not actually move around and keep the muscles moving? I can see keeping her stalled for a couple of days. PLease can anyone answer my question. What is the best thing to do for my mare? and also should I put her on a supplement and feed her different or something? This is all new to me I have never had a horse colic or anything and this is all new to me.
