When to stop breeding is best based upon the health of the individual mare rather than a set age. Many mares are bred at > 20 and certainly >15years. It is not without risk or potential complications, and will make her act more her age.
However with good management, it can be safely done in older mares. You may find it more difficult to get her bred and to carry the foal for the first four months than the rest of the pregnancy. Many older mares stop cycling, or don't produce enough progesterone to maintain a pregnancy. But if she is in good condition as you say, and you are willing to take the risk of a possible accident during breeding or foaling (breeding is alway more risky than standing in a quite stall eating hay) then don't let the simple age deter you.
