OHHH...Sorry about that Jalea, we didn't explain a few things here in the Tavern...First, we don't cheat, we creatively learn which is completely in line with the rules. You can answer as many times as you like however there is a point system. Correct answers get you 5 points and incorrect answers get you knocked back 3 points. Its easier to back than forward, generally speaking you can only get one correct answer per question but you could do a lot of damage with as many incorrect answers as you can give.
Also, don't drink and play trivia, da Bartender who is currently being awfully quiet (which in and of itself is suspicious) has been known to put a bit of her "special" into the drinks which gives her the advantage in trivia...
One last thing, to clarify on the color breed - a color breed is one that is based on the color of the horse and does not necessarily breed true...
:1. What do the abbreviations ApHC, AQHA, APHA and AMHR stand for?
:Appaloosas (not sure of exact wording), American Quarter Horse Association, American Paint Horse Assn, American Miniature Horse Assn.
:2. What is the primary "marking" of a dun horse?
:Most have a "lined back", some have dark striping around their legs and some dark tips on ears.

:3. List three true "color" registries.
:Not sure what you mean by "true color" registries... Are you looking for Palomino, Pinto, Appaloosa?

:4. List 4 breeds that are considered "American" breeds (there are plenty more...).
:Quarter Horse, Tennesee Walker, American Saddle Bred, Paint...

:5. List the four characteristics that the Appaloosa registry looks for on an appaloosa horse.
:Man... I have never owned an Appy... I can think of a couple right off the bat that may or may not be right... At least one parent registered with the ApHC, One of several coat patterns (Bleh... dunno without cheating!)
