Shoulder stripe, dorsal stripe, and sometimes leg barring

I'm not sure what this means, but here are some guesses:
International Registry of Colored Horses
International Sport Horses of Color, SHOC
International Champagne Horse Registry

:4. List 4 breeds that are considered "American" breeds (there are plenty more...).

Appaloosa
Tennesse Walking Horse
Morgan Horse
American Quarter Horse

:5. List the four characteristics that the Appaloosa registry looks for on an appaloosa horse.
