I don't board any horses now but you know I think the condition of the stables would be important then I would have to say the cleaniness of the stables. I would have to get along with the manager and know the rules....Would need a contract in riding of the responsibilities of me and the responsibilities of the stable manager/employees.

Okay I am sure there are lots more important points here so let's help this person out and post some ideas. Stories of good events at your favorite stable.
